The Process
- Payment: Complete your payment for your styling session.
- Styling Questionnaire: Complete a questionnaire about your current style, wardrobe, and fashion goals. Based on your responses, Kesha will provide tailored advice on how to enhance your look using these items in order to achieve your style objectives during your styling session.
- Preparation for the Session: Gather the items you're considering for special occasions or those that you find difficult to style. Make sure these pieces are easily accessible during your video styling appointment.
- Styling Sessions: Enjoy personalized, one-on-one styling sessions where Kesha will help you create the look you desire with those pieces that you love but find it challenging to style. She will help you to highlight your best features and resonate with your unique style.

EXCHANGE/ RETURN POLICY
We have decided not to accept returns or exchanges to streamline our operations. We appreciate your understanding.Please read the product description to ensure you're ordering the correct size.
SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
Shipping and handling costs cover the expenses associated with fulfilling your order, including picking, packing, and transporting the items to your location. This fee includes the labor, storage, and delivery costs necessary to ensure your purchases arrive safely and efficiently.
UNVERIFIABLE ADDRESSES
Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail. Include apartment or suite Numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city.
RETURN TO SENDER
Packages that are 'returned to sender' due to incorrect shipping information provided by customer, will be issued a store credit minus shipping costs.
ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it.
ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
All domestic orders are processed and shipped within three business days. However, orders may take an additional 5 to 7 business days to ship & began tracking via the carriers website. If there is tracking concerns once the order has been shipped, please contact the carrier. It is highly recommended that you wait after the 3-5 business day time frame.
