SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
Shipping and handling involve picking, packing, and transporting purchased items to the end customer. It’s the amount charged for the labor, storage, and delivery costs incurred to complete customer orders.
Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail. Include apartment or suite Numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city.
RETURN TO SENDER
Packages that are 'returned to sender' due to incorrect shipping information provided by customer, will be issued a store credit minus shipping costs.
ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it.
ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. However, Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, orders may take an additional 5 to 7 business days to ship & began tracking via the carriers website. If there is tracking concerns once the order has been shipped, please contact the carrier. It is highly recommended that you wait after the 3-5 business day time frame.
