EXCHANGE/ RETURN POLICY

We have decided not to accept returns or exchanges to streamline our operations. We appreciate your understanding. Please read the product description to ensure you're ordering the correct size. 
 
SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
Shipping & handling cost is based on the following: 

Shipping and handling involve picking, packing, and transporting purchased items to the end customer. It’s the amount charged for the labor, storage, and delivery costs incurred to complete customer orders.



UNVERIFIABLE ADDRESSES 
Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail. Include apartment or suite Numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city.  
  
RETURN TO SENDER
Packages that are 'returned to sender' due to incorrect shipping information provided by customer, will be issued a store credit minus shipping costs. 
 
ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it.
 
ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIMEFRAME 
All domestic orders are processed and shipped within three business days. However, orders may take an additional 5 to 7 business days to ship & began tracking via the carriers website. If there is tracking concerns once the order has been shipped, please contact the carrier. It is highly recommended that you wait after the 3-5 business day time frame.
